SHIPPING:
As each piece is specially handcrafted for you, please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be processed. All of our orders shipped to addresses in the continental US are sent via UPS ground and cost a flat rate of $8. Once your package has been sent, we’ll notify you with an email including your tracking number. UPS ground typically takes 2-6 business days depending on your proximity to our Miami studio. Please note that this is in addition to the 2-5 business days we require for processing your order.

Orders sent to PO Boxes, Alaska and Hawaii will be sent via USPS Priority Mail for a flat rate of $8. At this time, we cannot accept orders to international destinations.

If you need something by a specific date please contact us & we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Additional charges apply for rush delivery.

RETURNS:
We accept returns within 14 days of the ship date for pieces purchased from the Mint Collection group & the Bridal group. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us with your order number before returning. Please make sure when you return your jewelry to pack it securely in a sturdy box. For your protection, we also suggest that you insure the package. If the goods are damaged when we receive your return, we reserve the right to refuse your return. Once the undamaged goods are received by us, we will credit your credit card minus the shipping amount. Mint Gems is not responsible for shipping costs. Please also ship all items pre-paid.

Jewelry purchased from the Create Your Own group are non refundable. Since each piece is made especially for you according to your specifications we cannot accept returns.

REPAIRS:
We’re happy to repair your jewelry for you! Repairs are free if you request it within 30 days of your purchase date. After that we charge a small fee for parts & labor. Please contact us before sending your jewelry.

PAYMENT:
We accept payment through Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal. Please contact us if you would prefer to pay by check. If you pay with a check please note that we cannot ship your order until your check has been received and cleared.

TAX:
All orders sent to our Florida customers are subject to 7% sales tax.

GIFT CERTIFICATES:
Surprise your friends and family with the gift of creativity! A Mint Gems gift certificate lets them create their own jewelry or select from anything in the mint collection and bridal groups. All you have to do is give us the name of the lucky recipient, email address and message in the comments section on the payment page. Once we receive your order we will email the recipient your message and a special code for them to enter at checkout. Any remaining balances will be kept in their account to put towards a future purchase. All gift certificates are valid for one year from purchase date.
